 Bonjour,

Je voulais savoir si j'avais bien installé le plugin sur mon site jm24.fr

J'ai regardé les paramètres du plugin dans joomla et je ne vois pas la possibilité de mettre une image de carte bancaires, je voudrais mettre une image là où il y a les commentaires, voir image jointe


Par ailleurs, une fois que j'ai validé une commande quelconque , j'ai une page blanche avec le message d'erreur suivant :

TCPDF ERROR: Could not include font definition file: helvetica

Pourtant le payment (test) passe correctement au niveau de la banque STRIPE

Re-bonjour Mohamed !

Merci d'avoir acheté une souscription de notre plugin pour Stripe !

Pas de problème pour mettre une image, il suffit de la palcer dans
images/virtuemart/payment

et ensuite de la sélectionner dans les paramètres du plugin de paiement, comme indiqué ici :

Il est possible qu'avec une installation moins récente de VirtueMart, les images soient dans
images/stories/virtuemart/payment



Concernant l'erreur avec TCPDF, c'est directement un problème dans VirtueMart, pas dans notre plugin : soit la mise à jour de TCPDF n'a pas été faite, soit un réglage à changer :
- VirtueMart > Configuration > Shop (tab), probalement les factures (Invoices)
- VirtueMart > Configuration > Templates, vérifier le Safe path.

Tenez moi informé de la suite ou la résolution, merci !

Pour le premier point, c'est résolu ( voir fichier joint), je pense que le fait de ne pas avoir d'image au départ n'a pas fait apparaître l'option "logo" ?

Pour le 2ème point, il est résolu avec la modification des invoices, j'ai mis pour le statut "confirmé par le client" au lieu de "confirmé"

concernant le safepath, il a l'air correct :

/home/mohamed6/vmsafe/


un dernier point que j'ai oublié, le commentaire sur les CCV, comment le faire apparaître ?

Ravi de savoir ces points résolus !

Pour le commentaire CVV, c'est un ToolTip (bulle d'aide) qui doit s'afficher, par une classe CSS qui s'appelle "hasTip" et qui est un peu particulière, c'est un héritage de MooTools il me semble. Cela fait un moment que je n'ai pas regardé cette partie du code.

Donc cela dépend du template utilisé. Comment s'affiche les tooltips dans celui de votre site ? Avez-vous un lien vers la démo du template pour inspecter le code dans le navigateur ?

Merci Mohamed, j'ai masqué les informations d'accès au site, pour ne pas tenté les hackers traquant les tickets publics.

Ce type de demande n'est pas inclus dans le support de notre plugin. C'est de la customisation et du travail de template, que nous pouvons réaliser dans le cadre de nos services supplémentaires "installation et tests", qui, dans votre cas sont l'équivalent de 2 heures d'expertises ici :

A première vue, le template modifie et supprime les tooltips, comme le montre la capture d'écran ci-jointe.

Si vous savez quel code doit être remplacé, en regardant une page de site avec l'affiche correct d'un tooltip, nous pouvons vous indiquer où le faire pour le plugin Stripe.
Sinon, essayer avec un autre plugin de payment, comme Paypal pro ou Authorize.net, pour voir comment ils affichent le CVV.

Functionality

Once you go through the documentation and try out the settings (and don't forget to test it with a "test item", it works like a dream.

Ease of use

Very easy to use, though a little play with the settings may be needed to get an understanding of the system. And you need a stripe account.

Support

Best support ever. Hervé has been very patient and kind and helped me greatly when the Stripe plugin no longer spoke with the new updates.

Documentation

Documentation is very good. You do need a Stripe account, and you need a little "try out" time to get it all in place.

Value for money

Yes, very much value for money. The plugin, Hervé's support, the easy for the customers to use it. It is all worth it.

I used this to: I use it for my IMRF Bookshop: imrfbookshop(.)org. People can now pay by credit/debit card, Paypal (different plugin) and they can request an invoice and pay by bank transfer.

Straight forward to setup in the backend and easy for customers to use on the frontend.

Issues created by an upgrade to Virtuemart were dealt with in a timely manner by the developer.

Good documentation library that uses screen shots to clearly show configurations

Yes. There are different subscription options, depending on your requirements.

This plugin is great!
