Hi,
I just purchased your plugin and installed. It's seems to work well. But it looks very ugly. I can't show as it is to customers (see attached file). Are there any possibilities to play with CSS to have some custom look? Any suggestions will be appreciated.

P.S. As I can see there only one id = vmpayment_cardinfo, other are the part of standard bootstrap or custom theme rules.
Or, if it's doesn't work for me can I ask money back? I really don't have a time to customize a lot of things. Plugin is great but needs some custom CSS to apply.
I'm using Flatastic Responsive Multipurpose VirtueMart Theme from Theme Forest. Could you check it, what we can do with it. I think Stripe is better then PayPal (I mean free).

Hello Dimitry,

Thank you for using our plugin for VirtueMart.

There is no CSS file to edit, and like with any extension or theme, I would not recommend to do so: on each update, you may loose your edits because the original file will be overwritten. So I suggest to use a custom CSS file, with all your style overrides. There is probably one with your template, that you may have already used for further customisations.

Like you found, you can add some CSS like this:

.vmpayment_cardinfo { your CSS rules;}

this is from the VirtueMart file vmsite-ltr.css, and you can styled down the following tags:

.vmpayment_cardinfo table tr td label, select, input, etc..

You can use a browser add-on like FireBug, but this are general suggestions on HTML and CSS design, out of the scope of the plugin support!

I don't know how it could NOT work for you. The plugin is the regular VirtueMart credit card form. The rest depends on the Joomla/VM template to render fields, form, buttons, etc... There is no universal design to suit everybody. Therefore, this could not be a money back reason.

Functionality

Once you go through the documentation and try out the settings (and don't forget to test it with a "test item", it works like a dream.

Ease of use

Very easy to use, though a little play with the settings may be needed to get an understanding of the system. And you need a stripe account.

Support

Best support ever. Hervé has been very patient and kind and helped me greatly when the Stripe plugin no longer spoke with the new updates.

Documentation

Documentation is very good. You do need a Stripe account, and you need a little "try out" time to get it all in place.

Value for money

Yes, very much value for money. The plugin, Hervé's support, the easy for the customers to use it. It is all worth it.

I used this to: I use it for my IMRF Bookshop: imrfbookshop(.)org. People can now pay by credit/debit card, Paypal (different plugin) and they can request an invoice and pay by bank transfer.

Straight forward to setup in the backend and easy for customers to use on the frontend.

Issues created by an upgrade to Virtuemart were dealt with in a timely manner by the developer.

Good documentation library that uses screen shots to clearly show configurations

Value for money

Yes. There are different subscription options, depending on your requirements.

I used this to: Selling various items of merchandise for a sailing club through Virtuemart.
