 Good morning, when a successful order gets placed on my website: http://shopdermarollers.com, I get the following message with the "THANK YOU FOR YOUR ORDER!",
Card Number Invalid
Card CVV Number Invalid or Missing
Expiration Date Invalid

I log into the backend, and virtuemart shows it as Confirmed, and on in my Stripe account, the status shows as Paid.

Can you help me with this?

Hello Jacques,

Thank you for using our plugin for VirtueMart.

It looks like there is a one page checkout component beside VirtueMart. They are a main cause of breaking/rewriting plugin code on the fly. Can you tell me if it is Rupostel OPC, VirtualPlanet, or another one that I don't know?

Please try the plugin setting "Charge Direct" as shown onpoint 6 on our documentation.

If you still experience the issue, can you please disable the one page checkout to verify that the Stripe plugin is working as expected?

Thank you for your response. Yes, I have an OPC on the site. It's Virtueplanet One Page Checkout. And set it as "Charge Direct" already. I'll disable the OPC and do a test and get back to you. Thank you.

Ok, so depending on your test, I will contact VirtuePlanet's devs again. The last time I tried, they did not reply. So this time ,with one of their client, it may work better!

Thank you so much Herve. I unpublished Virtueplanet's OPC and the Checkout went through without any Error Messages. Let me know if I should post anything on Virtueplanet's support forum too. In the mean time, unfortunately, I'll have to hide the messages at the Confirmation page with CSS.

Hi Jacques,

You are very welcome! The CSS is the best workaround for the moment.

It would be good to post on the Virtueplanet's forum and the link back here, so that I can easily touch base with their devs.

Also, if you agree, you can send me (email or private ticket) a link to a backup of your site: I will use it locally to test a better fix with VP OPC. If I succeed with that, I will post it back to you, and maybe include it in my documentation for the next clients.

Please let me know if you need any further assistance with the Stripe plugin.

Functionality

Once you go through the documentation and try out the settings (and don't forget to test it with a "test item", it works like a dream.

Ease of use

Very easy to use, though a little play with the settings may be needed to get an understanding of the system. And you need a stripe account.

Support

Best support ever. Hervé has been very patient and kind and helped me greatly when the Stripe plugin no longer spoke with the new updates.

Documentation

Documentation is very good. You do need a Stripe account, and you need a little "try out" time to get it all in place.

Value for money

Yes, very much value for money. The plugin, Hervé's support, the easy for the customers to use it. It is all worth it.

I used this to: I use it for my IMRF Bookshop: imrfbookshop(.)org. People can now pay by credit/debit card, Paypal (different plugin) and they can request an invoice and pay by bank transfer.

Yes. There are different subscription options, depending on your requirements.
